Andrew Kester, FNP-C

    Andrew received his bachelor’s and master’s degree in nursing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas.  He is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing in Family Medicine.

    Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Andrew worked in intensive care units in Temple and Houston, Texas, and was also an adjunct nursing professor at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. He is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Texas Nurse Practitioners, and the Austin Advance Practice Nurse Alliance. Andrew is passionate about preventive medicine and enjoys helping patients live their lives at the highest possible degree of health.

    Andrew lives in Leander with his wife Sara, who is a pediatric nurse. He enjoys going to new restaurants with his wife, spending time with his church family, watching the Astros, roasting and brewing coffee, playing golf, and spending time with his Belgian Malinois, Mischka.
