Dr. Lindsey Moore is certified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant & hosts a monthly Breastfeeding Support Group every third Wednesday of the month. She is an Austin native. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Biology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and was awarded Phi Beta Kappa. She completed medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and was a member of the Baylor Chapter of the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She completed her pediatrics residency at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee where she received awards in the Pediatric Critical Care Unit and in the Pediatric Emergency Department.

Dr. Moore, her husband, Alex, and her son, Henry, live in Leander, along with their rescue dogs. She has been a full time pediatrician at Cedar Park Pediatric & Family Medicine since August 2012. Dr. Moore is an avid runner, and has a special interest in obesity prevention and counseling as well as sports medicine. She also has an immense interest in breastfeeding medicine.
