Hello! My name is
Dr. Christopher Ng
Dr. Christopher Ng (pronounced “-eng”) was born in New Orleans, Louisiana but grew up in Houston, Texas. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Psychology and then completed medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston with the latter two years spent here in Austin on clinical rotations.
He then returned to complete his pediatrics residency at Dell Children’s Medical Center, furthering his relationships with the specialists in the community. There, he received awards for “Excellence in Teaching” by Dell Medical School, the “Doctor Daisy” award for nursing communications, and “Third Year Resident of the Year” by the residency program. Dr. Ng is a big proponent of medical education and literacy, and aims to not only care for families but also equip them for each next step in their health journey.
Outside of work, you can find him and his wife, Stephanie, out trying new restaurants, traveling, enjoying sports (ultimate frisbee and basketball are Dr. Ng’s sports), experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with family and friends.
