Dr. Kendall Cannon was born and raised in Austin, TX. She attended Baylor University where she graduated with a B.S. in both Anthropology and Biology, receiving honors in Anthropology. She attended Texas A&M College of Medicine in College Station, TX where she served as one of her class’s Student Advocates and later campus Historian. Throughout her studies, she continued to nurture her passion for history by engaging in archaeological and historical medicine research. She completed her pediatrics residency at Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi, TX. During her time at Driscoll, she was awarded the “4th Tower Challenge Pin” by the pediatric hematology-oncology nursing staff, and her commitment to her patients was recognized with the “Yolanda L. Cortes Excellence in Pediatrics” Award.

Beyond her medical career, Dr. Cannon finds joy in outdoor adventures with her husband, Tyler, and their Australian Shepherd, Koda. She is an avid reader, culinary enthusiast, and looks forward to participating annually in the country’s largest marathon relay Beach to Bay. Dr. Cannon is excited to return home to the Texas Hill Country to serve her community as a Pediatrician.
