Caring and dedicated healthcare professional graduated from the University of Chile in 1983, received professional validation in 1993 and 1996, Ontario, Canada and Texas respectively. Completed Master degree in Nursing and training in Family Practice at Walden University 2014-2016. Previously worked as an FNP family practice at ADC PA Associates and at Integrate Pain Associates as a pain management FNP. I have over thirty years of experience in Cardiac Intensive Care, Neurological intensive care, Trauma intensive care, Emergency Medicine Adult and Pediatrics, and education director in at least three facilities in the Austin area. Possesses strong organizational and leadership skills, effectively setting goals, and manages multiple priorities under pressure, fast-paced, and rapid changing environment. Primary focus is patient safety and satisfaction. Bilingual English and Spanish. A member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses since 1984, American Heart Association since 1997, and American Association of Nurse Practitioners since 2015. An active AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS instructor.
